Dan Koharko

CEO – Daniel N. Koharko has served as the President/CEO of Eminess Technologies since 2006. Under his leadership, Eminess has achieved a strong track record of growth in Eminess’ global footprint, product lines, markets served and resources to service the global Surface Finishing Market. Dan’s career spans over 35 years in various Global Executive roles in Marketing, Sales, Technology, Engineering and Operations for market leaders such as Hughes Aircraft Company, Nalco Chemical Company, Rodel and the Rohm and Haas Company (now a part of Dow Chemical Company). Previous to Eminess, Dan served as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Technology for Rohm & Haas’s CMPT business. Dan holds a B.S. degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University .

Scott B. Loncki

Chairman and Founder - Scott B. Loncki is the Chairman and Founder of Eminess Technologies. A seasoned international business professional, Scott founded Eminess in 2001 after a 15 year career at Rodel, Inc. Scott’s leadership and vision grew Eminess from a small regional distributor to its current state as a global supplier of electronic materials. Scott’s background includes leadership and executive roles in all key functions including research, domestic and international operations, engineering, marketing & sales, and general management. Prior to Eminess, Scott’s last roles at Rodel/ Rohm and Haas were Executive VP of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing), Chief Strategy officer and Global Director of the $1.2B MOSAIC program designed to integrate the portfolio of Rohm and Haas electronic materials products. Scott holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Robert “Bob” L. Mervich

VP – Global Supply Chain Operations – Bob is responsible for Eminess’ global operations and is also the North Carolina Site Manager. His career spans nearly 25 years of industry experience with leading manufacturing organizations, supply chain management, engineering, business development/startup and strategic planning. Bob has worked for semiconductor and electronics industry leaders such as Wacker-Siltronic, SUMCO and the Dow Corning Corporation. This experience is where he developed a diverse background and expertise in silicon and silicon carbide wafer and Epi products and processes which includes an integrated knowledge of these supply chains. Bob holds a B.A.S. in Manufacturing Administration – Industrial Engineering and a M.A.S. in Engineering Management, both from Western Michigan University.

Asa Yamada

VP Global Sales & Marketing – Asa leads the technical sales and marketing team while developing, innovating and positioning Eminess for continued growth and success in the market place. His experience and expertise spans the semiconductor, chemical, architectural, resin and fiberglass industries; from extreme high value to commodity businesses. Asa is a talented business development professional and has a keen understanding of the semiconductor industry. Asa holds an MBA in Marketing from George Washington University, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy where he was certified in Nuclear Engineering.

Mitzi Brennan

General Manager Sales - NAR – Mitzi's diverse background includes more than 30 years of combined sales and management experience. Her exceptional knowledge base includes the ability to build dynamic sales teams while leading them through change. Mitzi's ability to manage distribution networks and businesses, analyze markets, strategically target areas of opportunity and develop sales strategies to attain goals has been paramount in positioning Eminess for substantial growth. Mitzi has traveled the globe delivering solutions, exceeding our customer's requirements and expectations while building long term business relationships and partnerships. Mitzi's commitment to customer service, quality and our customer's success is why Eminess continues to be a force in the industry. Mitzi completed training in process improvement, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Butler University.

Angelo Di Nardo

General Manager Sales EMEA - Angelo has over 20 years of marketing and sales experiences in various surface technology industries. He has been with Eminess since Sept 2011 and was brought on board to lead, support the merger of the activities of our former distributor for the Europe, Middle East & Africa region and develop our important own footprint in this region. He has a proven global leadership track record of building up markets, establishing long-term relationships working directly with industrial end-users and global acting customers and managing distribution networks. Combined with the affinity to coordinate and accomplish comprehensive project developments, Angelo holds a major degree of the Swiss Federal Management School Institute with specialization on Marketing and Sales.

Karen Miles

Controller & Global HR Manager – Karen’s diverse experience in the areas of Accounting and Human Resource Management has spanned nearly 25 years in a variety of technical industries. Having been with Eminess since its inception, she has been instrumental in establishing the company’s financial and personnel infrastructure to help position Eminess for continued future growth. Her dedication, leadership and understanding and utilization of technology have helped build the strong foundation that exists at Eminess today. Karen holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.

William R. Gemmill

Director of Technology Development – Dr. Gemmill has successfully led the research and development team at Eminess Technologies since 2013 where he is responsible for the development of new technologies and commercialization of new products. His career spans over ten years of industry experience; formulating, cleaning, and etching chemistries for the semiconductor industry and more recently polishing slurry formulations for both the semiconductor and precision optics industries. Dr. Gemmill received his B.S. in Chemistry from James Madison University and his Ph.D. in Solid State Inorganic Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Gemmill has co-authored over 30 publications and holds three patents.

Terry Knight

Technical Services Manager - Terry is a true industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in the Silicon Wafers, Disc Drive, CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) and Optics industries. His background includes 8 years of equipment and process experience at a major polishing and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) equipment manufacturer, where he was the Director of Engineering Services. Terry’s acknowledged expertise includes process knowledge, process optimization and process recommendations for several of the manufacturing steps from slicing to final polish for substrates, and device & optics applications. Terry holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
